The Samhuinn Fire Festival marks the change from summer to winter with a dramatic mixture of fire-play, acrobats, drumming and immersive performances.

With its roots steeped in ancient Celtic folklore, the story follows the impasse between the summer and winter kings, with their fate being decided by a Celtic goddess, allowing the colder season to begin.
