You’ll absolutely love Castle Terrace – we certainly do! If you’ve read any of our other posts about Tom Kitchin you’ll know that we’re huge fans of everything he does and The Castle Terrace, run by head chef Dominic Jack, doesn’t disappoint.
The Castle Terrace is the second of Kitchin’s Edinburgh restaurants which he set up in collaboration with fellow chef, Dominic Jack, in 2010, gaining a Michelin Star (which it’s sadly since lost) in 2011.
The menu is one of modern British cuisine influenced by French cooking techniques and is strongly influenced by the freshest ingredients from Scotland’s own natural larder. The delicately balanced and innovative menu reflects Jack’s training in world renowned restaurants such a l’Arpege, Les Elysees and Taillevent in Paris.
